Return Process

  Securely pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts that were included in the box.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Sydney distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
